Can anyone tell me the secret of getting good rating during the performance rating?
I am damn sure that it is not at all related to Performance, Hardwork etc (at least in majority of the cases).

Make sure you and your manager both feel you have done a good job. :-)
Vasu - That is 50% of the whole process :) Most of the manager wont talk to the resource during the appraisal period.
